New Les Mielles Golf Club Member Welcome Letter
Good evening,
I, the Gents Captain, committee and all our members would like to welcome you to our golf club.
At Les Mielles, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive environment. Our club is not just about golf; it’s about building lasting friendships, fostering a sense of community, and enjoying the beauty of the game together.

There is an ‘Events Diary’ and detailed information regarding our Code of Conduct, Competition Guidance and other policies on our website, please do go in and look around.

If you are new to golf - once you have provided 3 x 18H marked and verified score cards you will be added to our Club System, provided with your CDH number and kept up to date with events via the mailing list.
We will look forward to meeting you in person, if you are available members of the committee would enjoy meeting for a social round ASAP.

# Processing your membership
The process is straight forward;
1. Les Mielles Golf & Country Club - Select the playing package you wish and let us know.
2. Proposer and Seconder - Find two current Club member to propose and second your application - please let us know if thats a problem.
2. *Apply - Complete and submit your application form.
3. Presented - The Membership Secretary will presented your application to the Committee.
4. Accepted - Your application will be accepted.
5. Provide Handicap Cards - Submit 3 x 18H or 6 x 9H score cards (marked and signed by a Golf handicap holder) played from the YELLOW tees at Les Miellles.
6. Welcome - Once the payment has been received you will formally welcomed to the Club and set up in the Club Systems.
7. Meet - Meet with the Membership Secretary (perhaps play a few holes together if you wish).
8. Start Playing - From that point you will be a full member and able to enter and enjoy our competitions.
